Bi-Politized Pollution

Polity:  The form or constitution of civil government of a nation or state; and in free states, the frame or fundamental system by which the several branches of government are established, and the powers and duties of each designated and defined.

Teachers oftentimes instruct their students to start a composition with a captivating title for the purpose of inducing a desire for further investigation.  I'm not a teacher; I'm a maintenance man.  My priorities consist mainly of preserving a structure.  The commonality between the two are somewhat similar if the intent is not to pollute "corrupted or impaired by mixture of ill, moral, or physical," as described in my Webster's Dictionary.  My title "Bi-Politized Pollution," introduces a duality view of polity and the subsequent pollution of it.  The prefix "bi" fixes a perversion to the polity in much the same way as the words bisexual or bipolar.  There can be no understanding or defining, for instance, of bisexual without the norm of male-female sexuality.  "Polluted" is always something defiled; rendered unclean; tainted with guilt; impaired; or profaned.

There is the title.  Where in the world did that come from?  I finished my book of "Ben Franklin's Compleated Works" and I'm reading Lincoln's debates with Douglas.  The Judge, as Lincoln refers to him, just finishes three hours of his interpretation of all the legislation and repeal of parts concerning the legality or fundamental rights of the slave owners to bring their property into the territory of Kansas, soon to be a state.  The debate is outside.  The people have been standing and listening to the democratic position on slavery.  They break for supper and return for Lincoln's two-hour rebuttal on every point of interpretation of the law, with Lincoln consenting to another half hour rebuttal by Douglas; a slick ploy to ensure the democratic portion of the crowd will return from supper.  If you are interested in the content of the debate, I would suggest that you read it for yourself.  This would require the broadening of your understanding of the polity of our country and the fight to preserve it in its purest form.  Try conceiving two of our legislators of today in an exhaustive debate lasting six hours and the tenacity of a people willing to spend the time for a comprehensive evaluation of the platforms of each respective party.  Spending the time?  For the most part, we hardly feel obliged to taste of the propagandized snippet fed to us from our own party, whom we suspect are bought and paid for, and oftentimes resembling a blind date dancing partner more than our representative.  My first thought is usually, "I wonder who else you have been dancing with, and how you became so adept with your shuffle."

Before we look at the tactics between Lincoln and Douglas, understand that I have jumped ship and abandoned party affiliations.  My reasoning is simple enough.  I want to own my opinions.  I feel obliged to render my decisions to my conscience and to God.  I am not inclined to dance to the prevailing tunes being played without knowing the price of admission.  My political creed is aligned more to people, such as Washington and John Quincy Adams.  To say it another way, party-less, obliged to do what is good and right in the eyes of God for the good of the people and country, and restrained by an ethical standard.  Omission or lying for the promotion of an agenda, contrary to popular standards, is out of bounds.

So, where does the pollution of polity come in?  Slavery is the primary battlefield for the debate period.  Lincoln alludes to Douglas's position on the Illinois State Supreme Court as a result of what we now would refer to as "packing the court" to overturn a previous decision that the democratic party disavowed.  They added five new justices so they could overturn the previous four justices.  This decision was not related to slavery, but was used by Lincoln to cast a shadow on Douglas's integrity.  He also quotes Douglas's belief that "All State laws, whether organic or otherwise, which prohibit the citizens of one State from settling in another with their slave property, and especially declaring it forfeited, are direct violations of the original intention of the Government and Constitution of the United States and fourth, that the emancipation of the slaves of the Northern States was a gross outrage on the rights of property, in as much it was involuntarily done on the part of the owner."  Douglas asserted his position that slaves were property and celebrated the Supreme Court's Dred Scott decision that affirmed the claim that slaves were indeed property.  His assertion was based on the people's right to choose and what he saw as the State's Sovereignty or as it was deemed Popular Sovereignty; "The people's choice on whether to have slaves or not to have them."

Lincoln presents the supposition that links President Buchanan, President Pierce, Chief Justice Taney, and the Supreme Court to a systematic strategy to make slavery legal in every state [baby stepping].  Douglas's response was to label it as a conspiracy theory.  The rebuttal was very entertaining for me.  It was laced with Lincoln's satirical style of stripping, as it were, every allegation made rendering Douglas as if he were the school boy caught with his fingers in the cookie jar.  Lincoln's view was that all people were covered under the Constitution's protection, while not admitting that it made them necessarily equal.  That may be a subject to be debated, but it served him well at the time in catering to the people's presupposition to fairness.

My whole point is very simplistic in itself.  The party system lends itself to a variety of problems.  By its very nature it divides.  By its very nature it can also align one's allegiance to one principal to the obverse by party designation.  The Judicial system becomes corrupt by party allegiance and becomes nothing more than a tool of manipulation.  To say that the system has been bi-politized may be somewhat of an understatement.  I'm not talking here of oppositional debate, but the deceptive manipulating strategies being the course of resolution.  The pollution is, and always has been, ethical degradation.  The solution is the ethical resolve embedded in the individual.  We talk alot about sovereignty, but refuse to acknowledge what was supreme.  My 1828 Webster's Dictionary gives an under-girding definition for retrieving the truth that we have lost as a country:

"Sovereignty, Supreme power; supremacy; the possession of the highest power, or of uncontrollable power.  Absolute sovereignty belongs to God only."

John Adams said we could only survive as a Nation if we were a moral people.  He was referencing a Biblical morality and authority, not the floating crap table morality that we see today.  I love history with all of its players.  I love the glimpses you get from people's lives, which presupposes my preference for their own writings.  I'm not saying that all politicians are totally corrupt; I am saying that the "he said-she said" nonstop bickering, is a sure sign that devolution is true.  Make your argument an honest consideration that belies an ethical portrayal of the person you really are, owning the subsequent outcome of your stance.  Align your position to God's purposes and intent, and be free from the bi-politized system that owns you now.

"Spoiler alert"  Lincoln realized that after the Dred Scott decision, it would only take one more Supreme Court decision to uphold slavery in every state, making us a slave nation.  If slaves were merely property and not people, as was the democratic position; who could disallow them from taking their property to their next home in a free state.

Living Alive

                                               Living Alive

Giving into the morning

Well should I rise to shine

Living life I’m living for a lifetime

I’m catching moments   ooo  as time flies

I’m living moments, but moments die

I’m singing it like a song of mine

Noting notes as they sail away

Lord keep me ….. in the Sonshine

Lord keep me, Lord keep me I pray

Lord keep me, It’s such a beautiful day

Chorus:

And life’s just fine, I’m living it rain or shine

When rivers come flooding and deserts bleed me dry

I thirst for the Father til the rain makes me cry

I’ll thirst for the Father til the well runs dry

I’m alive and living, I’m living alive

A gift from my Father, a gift you can’t buy

I’m alive and living, I’m living alive

Where living is dying and dying makes alive

Bridge:

A day may find you wanting from a diet of endless lies

A windless sail availing to a journeys lifeless craving

A breathe of breathless sighs a dawn of consuming whys

Still the word whispers daily of a life that’s alive

Verse:

Dare I tiptoe thru this mirror

A pass to the other side

Reflect on this reflection

That I share to the other side

Unexpectedly, acceptable this pie in the sky

I’m slip sliding into the Sonshine

Chorus:

Verse:

Eluding this deluding bliss of lies

Unexpectedly expecting to be living alive

I’m alive and living I’m living alive

This is my latest song written last March. Obviously written to display an alternative approach to living from that of self-realization. Scripture teaches a dying to self and pursuing a Christ realization. We lose to gain. "Where living is dying and dying makes alive." This means taking your eyes off of your "self" and placing God's will for your life into his hands. A self absorbed personality is a poor adornment to be wearing and never seems to be endearing, especially to all of our self absorbing friends. I, and you, I'm guessing have a deep desire for peace. I've found it in Christ. I've found it in crucifying my self desires and seeking His. We love to say; no pain, no gain. It's more difficult to say; no pain, no love.  Jesus says a seed has to die to be reborn. To be a new creation you have to be born again.

"Dare I tiptoe thru this mirror; a pass to the other side."

"Reflect on this reflection; that I share to the other side"

There is a self to be concerned about; a self-examination.

2nd Corinthians 13:6 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

INVO-DOMINICUS

I'm old enough now to see deaths' visitation increasingly invasive intrusion into my own little world.  For so long I had been isolated from this scourge of torment, of loss, of separation; no longer armed with the illusion of the invulnerable armor accompanied many times with youth. The veil-the illusion- has been stripped away, and death whispers the age old lie of victory, seizing the reins of life and hope, to drive one's own-self down the path of fear and regret. One spends more time looking back. Assessing things either not done or paths regretfully taken, hurtful wrongs that caused pain to others, or the painful assessment of just letting time slip away. Things not said,  things not done, purposeless existence now knocking incessantly at the door; and you cry what have I done? I'm here, I'm alive, but death haunts and I'm feeling more dead than alive. Death drains the life from the living, stealing from you God's most precious gift.

It's not time [the gift] if that 's what you're thinking. Time has an ending also. Time is like a bank account and time spent decreases the accounts balance. I have come to acknowledge that. It is somewhat bothersome wondering how much time we have in that account and death would like that to be our overriding focus. Death loves to rob and steal and hastens the day of our demise. Death provides a culture of it's own. Death whispers a lie, a solution to life to some. Death whispers to some that life is bettered if life is forfeited for the good of others. Death reigns supreme on the altar of life for some. Death is demeaning and death claims time has no reason.

Time has a reason; yes, and time has a season for each of us. I woke up with a word again; Dominicus.  I'm thinking that sounds cool. I had to remember that word before I woke up. As a musician, I'm thinking what a cool name for a song or project. Still' I'm thinking, while I'm sleeping, it needs something else. So I attach 'In' to it; Indominicus, and later Invo-Dominicus. I get up and grab my 1828 Webster's dictionary and find that dominicus means lord, and that "in" means in; giving Indominicus to mean being in the Lord. Adding Invo means to call or invoke. Invo-dominicus becomes to call and or to invoke the Lord. I love it when this happens. The Lord has an answer to death.

Time flies, and time someday has an end. Death comes and someday death has an end; but God does not live in time and God is everlasting. God is the great I Am that I Am. God is man's greatest gift; not anything he does or can give you, but God Himself. That being said; Invo-Dominicus is to be in or invoke the God of the universe and let Him have His way and to hell with death. Death for me will still bring with it sorrow as it did for Jesus, but it doesn't rule the day. Don't side step or waste your time. Accept the Lord now and start living today!

5.And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, 6. and sware by Him that liveth forever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things that therein are, that there should be time no longer.                                                                    Revelation 10:5-6

Profundity of Thought

Where in the world did this topic come from? This feels a lot like a homework assignment. God must surely have a sense of humor. I'll leave the profundity portion of this topic alone for now as it will become evident despite any avenue a person may pursue to broach the subject. "I think therefore I am," Rene Descartes 1637, a statement that just about everyone will recognize, is simple, undeniable, and irrefutable. This declaration on thought flings devastating blows to many a philosophical assessment.

The first thing to be done is to differentiate between thought and thoughts. It's as essential as differentiating between sin and sins. For example, sin or the sin nature, as Oswald Chambers observes, is something that God takes the responsibility for as seen by the sacrificial atonement; whereas sins are on our plate, through choice, which in turn are remedied through repentance. Thought can be seen in much the same way, which may be seen as God's stamp of His image on our being. God created the playground of thought on which we play, but the responsibility of our thoughts or thinking process also remains with us through choice. "I think therefore I am." Well, what exactly am I? God has already taken the I Am that I Am. "Hear, O Israel! Yahweh is our God, Yawheh is one [Echad]. Echad is the word the Holy Spirit chose instead of yachid, which is the numeric one; whereas echad is most used as a unified one [the two shall become one]. I brought this up because of the Bible's teaching that man is body, soul, and spirit; a union of its own; and God being Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Thought resides somewhere here. Spirit has been taught as being eternal, given directly from God. Soul is more the personality makeup of each person and body as the husk in which spirit and soul reside. This also is a union and the home of individual thought. In 1st Corinthians 2:16 Paul says "For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ." This is the point where we start wading into deeper waters. The mind of Christ? Purposeful, sacrificial, loving, and yet the obverse when considering the wrath of God. Justice embodied, wisdom personified, the author of everything created, including our ability to know Him. That would include the thought you're now thinking.

To have the mind of Christ kicks the stool out from beneath our feet with our obsession with self-realization. It's not about me. The answers we seek are not found in self absorption. When we start "thinking" about the chaos surrounding us, it is imperative to understand where the the battlefield really lies. Objective thought obviously has an objective. Consider that for a moment. Your line of thinking may be the objective of the objective. It usually is! Anti-christ thinking rarely leaves the realm of self. It always keeps the battleground where the defenses are weakest. To remove yourself out of the sights of manipulation is not to have a mind of your own, but to have the mind of Him who created and defines us. This will make absolutely no sense to the majority of mankind. "A seed must die to live", "For me to live is Christ and to die is gain", If any man desires to be first, he shall be last of all, and servant of all"; are scriptures exhorted to be avenues for success and or fulfillment in this journey through life. Still, we are resolved or tend to lean towards a more reasonable reason, a more rational self ingratiating mode of enlightenment. Servitude as a substitution for tangible life changing gain? We're all about the chasing of the carrot, but to what end. We may think thoughts til the cows come home, but little is resolved unless obedience and or the application thereof is pursued. There is a tendency to chase ones tail here, but this discourse is aimed toward an objective, leading to an eternal destination.

My summary: I have some thoughts on this. I think, therefore I am. I am, therefore I think. But to what end? Is there ever an end to thought? It is more than reasonable to me that thought had to exist before I could exist to think. That for me is the one stone no man can lift. God is self-evident. Therefore I think because God is. Once again, God is actuality, which from all that is potentiality, springs forth. To me that is the profundity of thought.

Predaceous Preclusion

Have you ever awakened examining a word that you have never used or heard used but leaves an incessantly nagging urge to examine? I sometimes wonder why the Lord does this. Predaceous [ie. Living on prey] Preclusion [ie. The act of shutting out or preventing of access or possession; the state of being prevented from entering, possession or enjoyment.] defines the very nature of the draconian dictates being imposed upon us by an outrageously erroneous predicant.

Before we start we need to re-examine the founding fathers under girding defense of the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness clause in the Declaration of Independence. “The Rights of the Colonists as Men” authored by Samuel Adams begins as follows. “Among the natural rights of the colonists are these: First a right to life; Secondly, to liberty; Thirdly, to property; with the right to support and defend them in the best manner they can. These are evident branches of, rather than deductions from, the duty of self-preservation, commonly called the first law of nature. All men have the right to remain in a state of nature as long as they please; and in case of intolerable oppression, civil or religious, to leave the society they belong to, and to enter into another.”

John Locke, author of “Of Civil Government” in 1689 asserts, “the great and Chief End, therefore of Men’s uniting into Commonwealth, at putting themselves under Government, is the preservation of their property.”

Thomas Jefferson, in his first draft of the “Declaration of dependence also penned those infamous words “Life, Liberty, and Property.” “The commonality between these men and others involved the formation of our government was that these rights were “God given.”

The best definition of property I could find was that of James Madison’s essay entitled “Property.”

“Property… In the former sense, a man’s land, or merchandise, or money, is called his property. In the latter sense, a man has property in his opinions and the free communication of them. He has a property of peculiar value in his religious opinions, and in the profession and practice dictated by them…He has an equal property in the free use of his faculties, and free choice of the objects on which to employ them. In a word, as a man is said to have a right to his property, he may be equally said to have a property in his rights…Government is instituted to protect property of every sort…Conscience is the most sacred of all property…

That’s a lot of property talk going on there.  The “Sons of liberty” were not marching through the streets shouting “life, liberty and property” solely because of that minuscule tax by today’s standard, but by the absence of representation and a voice in the governing of their affairs and a right to their property as Madison defined it. The modern Marxist of today, true to their father, believes in the abolition of property. Due to the infiltration of their ideology into our government we see that rather than protecting property our government expropriates it by punitive taxation. We’ve seen bureaucratic agencies like the IRS weaponized.  Under a democrat administration we’ll likely see the repetition of Waco atrocities veiled under the guise of justice and protection, and we’ll be able to watch it on TV. We will relinquish our rights and properties to worldwide bureaucratic agencies with no recourse. Black Americans will remain slaves and pawns to their masters in the democratically controlled cities. Unborn babies will remain property to dispose of as desired. That will be the only demented sense of property left under the guise of choice. The guilty [democrat] will be innocent seemingly because their finger is not on the trigger. They just provide the hit man. We’ve devolved a long way since the founding of this nation. It’s not a surprise, nor would be to the founding fathers. They gave us a Republic with a firm Biblical foundation giving us the three pillars that would support it. They purposely decided against a democracy because they always implode. Ask Benjamin Franklin … after the Constitutional Convention, people asked him what kind of government they gave us. His response…“A republic if you can keep it!

I realize a lot of people will argue about the Biblical foundation of our country and often reference Jackson and Franklin so I’ll throw in another quote from Benjamin Franklin while in France on what we would call immigration. Besides being what we perceive as being somewhat narrow regarding the type of person we would welcome, he has a somewhat unsettling assessment for the modern progressive Marxist in concluding his essay entitled “Benjamin Franklin’s Advice for those Coming to America, 1784.”

“The almost general mediocrity of fortune that prevails in America obliging its people to follow some business for subsistence, those vices that arise usually from idleness, are in a great measure prevented. Industry and constant employment are great preservatives of the morals and virtues of a nation. Hence bad examples to youth are more rare in America, which must be a comfortable consideration to parents. To this may be truly added, that serious religion under its various denominations, is not only tolerated, but respected and practiced. Atheism is unknown there, infidelity rare and secret, so that persons may live to a great age in that country without having their piety shocked by meeting either an atheist, or an infidel. And the Divine Being seems to have manifested his approbation of the forbearance and kindness with which the different sects treat each other, by the remarkable prosperity with which he has been pleased to favor the whole country.”

That predaceous preclusion the Lord gave me, as I’ve come to see it, is the paint that’s coloring society today. Suppression of Madison’s view of property mirrors that of every dictatorial oppression seen in the history of man. Who could have dreamed this as the “American” dream. If what we are seeing now is a pandemic, then we can see one around the corner every time the left needs a political coup. Massive voter fraud decried as a myth, censorship beyond the scope of anything our country has seen in the past, outright lies by a one sided owned media, gives us the assurance that the sound of one hand clapping is the new norm. If history has taught us anything, it is that some one or group always wants to rule the world.

An insatiable predaceous lust seeks it’s prey devouring `anything in it’s path, precluding and suppressing that which suggests a God given right. The hurdle they must cross and they refuse to acknowledge is that God is real. He doesn’t change. Morality isn’t a floating crap table that caters to man’s whim at any given time and He administers justice accordingly. When a person’s life is a hindrance to their goal, it becomes disposable. If the most vulnerable aren’t safe, don’t be deluded into thinking you are.

“We need intimate knowledge of the past. Not that the past has any magic about it, but because we cannot study the future, and yet need something to set against the present, to remind us that the basic assumptions have been quite different in different periods and that much which seems certain to the uneducated is merely temporary fashion. A man who has lived in many places is not likely to be deceived by the local errors of his native village; the scholar has lived in many times and is therefore in some degree immune from the great cataract of nonsense that pours from the press and the microphone of his age.” C.S. Lewis

I love that guy. We have information coming out of our ears; some true and some false, but definitely not a lack of. Critical thinking is almost non-existent. Manipulation is the theme for today. If I might offer a modest example, and this model is widespread in textbooks today under different guises. You may ask me if I still beat my wife. If I say yes, I’m a wife beater. If I say no, I used to beat my wife. There’s no room for a truthful response that I have never beat my wife. Automatic assumptions are purposely injected to manipulate the response. People that swallow the lies surrounding the history of our country haven’t ventured out of our revisionist age back to original sources. Perspective is perverted for a purpose and the appetite for twisted fables to court our offended integrity are always on the menu. If “conscience is the most sacred of our property” as Madison says, it means little to the ideology that the end justifies the means. Conscience then, must most assuredly be reprobate to that end, and will negate any assurance of the security we have been accustomed to in this country. The beast is on the loose and his nature is as always “Predaceous Preclusion”.

                          We shall keep

Our vision still. One moment was enough

We know we are not made of mortal stuff

And we can bear all trials that come after

The hate of men and the fools loud bestial laughter

And Natures rule and cruelties unclean

For we have seen the Glory ----- We have seen
